This not-quite-classic recipe for baked meatballs on skewers will help you out if you are planning a house party or a buffet. They are very convenient to dip in sauce and eat, but at the same time they remain a full and satisfying meat dish.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Fig - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the onion or chop it in a blender, and add it to the minced meat.
Boil the rice until it is half cooked in salted water and send it to the same place.
Send the egg and spices there, mix thoroughly and form small meatballs.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment at a distance from each other.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees until nicely browned.
Serve them on skewers or toothpicks.
