A full–fledged grill is fine, but it is not always possible to get out into nature. And sometimes, the weather and the season do not have it. In this case, a grill pan comes to the rescue. Of course, pork ribs won't have that haze flavor, but otherwise it's no worse!
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Dark Beer - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix beer, soy sauce, mustard and spices.
Marinate the ribs for an hour and lightly dry with napkins.
Fry them in a grill pan until browned on both sides. About 20-25 minutes, constantly turning over.
