- Eggplant - 2-3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into circles, and pepper into strips, and arrange in pots.
Add onion, garlic and chopped cilantro. Divide all the spices and send them to the same place.
Fill the vegetables with broth or water and bake for about 70-80 minutes at 180 degrees.
