- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Fig (boiled) – 200 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sour cream.
Separate the yolks from the whites and whisk the yolks with sugar. Add to the cottage cheese.
Add boiled rice to the same place and mix.
Whisk the whites with salt to peaks and gently add to the cottage cheese.
Put the mass in the bowl of a slow cooker and cook for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
