- Fig - 250 g
- Pork - 300 g
- Carrots (large) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Hop-suneli - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut carrots and peeled onions.
Cut pork into small pieces.
Turn on the "Frying" mode and fry the pork in oil until golden brown.
Add onion, carrot and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato sauce, spices and mix.
Pour in the washed rice, pour in hot water, add salt and close the lid.
Activate the Pilaf program for 45 minutes. After finishing, do not open the lid for another 10-15 minutes.
