- Beef - 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into thick plates.
Beat each piece well on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt, spices and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Beat the eggs lightly with sour cream, salt and spices.
Dip the chops in the batter, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops on high heat for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Place the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
