This recipe is for all occasions. Delicious chops can be cooked for dinner or put on a festive table. A hearty dish is always met with delight and disappears from the table almost immediately. For this reason, I always cook a double portion.
Ingredients
- Pork (clipping) – 600 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into plates about 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat off with a hammer on both sides.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through the press.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops, season with salt and pepper.
Brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle thickly with cheese and cover with a double layer of foil.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven.
Carefully remove the foil and brown the chops for another 5-7 minutes.
