Mustard marinade is a very unusual option for baked salmon. Despite the fact that mustard has long been firmly established in everyday use, we do not often combine it with fish. And in vain, because it turns out a very balanced dish. The main thing is to choose a soft grainy mustard.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Dijon mustard - 4 art.l.
- Sea salt - 2 pinches
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fish into pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix mustard, oil and lemon juice, and generously coat the salmon slices on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
