Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Mustard (dry) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them with paper towels.
Cut the potatoes into small slices of the same size.
Add salt, ground black pepper and mix.
Add mustard mixed with mayonnaise and mix well again.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the potatoes and cover with foil on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and brown the potatoes for another 5-7 minutes.
