Ingredients

  • Millet - 100 g
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Butter - 40 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort and rinse the millet, put it in a saucepan.

Fill with water so that it covers the croup by 1.5 cm.

Add salt and cook the porridge on low heat for about an hour.

When all the liquid has evaporated, add the butter.
