Most often, a turkey roll is simply baked – in a mold or foil. But it can also be cooked in a slow cooker, and today I will tell you how to do it correctly. I suggest starting right away with such an original recipe with dried apricots and pistachios!
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Pistachios - 80 g
- Cranberries - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread out and chop off the breast, rub it with spices.
Chop dried apricots and chop pistachios. Add cranberries and put the filling on the turkey.
Roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Put it in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour 100-150 ml of water and cook for about 35 minutes in the baking mode.
