I often cook lula kebab and for many years I have managed to try many interesting recipes. Among the classic options, I liked most of all the pork and beef kebab. You can cook it in the oven, on the grill and on the grill.
Ingredients
- Pork - 500 g
- Beef - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mince pork, beef and peeled onion.
Mix the resulting mass with spices, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Beat off the minced meat, wrap it in a double layer of gauze and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
With your hands soaked in water, form sausages on skewers.
Fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning it over often.
