If you are tired of the standard fillings for rolls, I suggest adding variety with this interesting option. You will need vegetables – carrots, celery and leeks. Optionally, you can add one green apple, but this is no longer necessary.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Spread the pork in a layer, chop it off and sprinkle with spices.

Finely chop the leeks, celery and carrots. Put it on the meat and roll up a tight roll.

Secure the roll with cooking twine and bake for 2.5 hours in the oven at 160 degrees.
