- Celery - 3-4 of the stem
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, stalks and celery root, and lightly fry.
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil and add diced potatoes.
