I often cook milk soups with homemade noodles. It takes a little tinkering, but the result is worth it. Sometimes I prepare noodles for the future for several times, but I still do not recommend storing it for too long. It tastes better from fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
For soup:
- Milk - 800 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
For Noodles:
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, salt and eggs.
Knead the plastic dough and leave it under the cling film for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake, cut into thin strips and dry for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Boil the milk, add salt, sugar and butter.
Add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
Leave the finished soup under the lid for 15 minutes.
