We often underestimate celery, but it's a great addition to the classic roast for any first courses. This time I suggest adding it to the pea soup. And choose chopped or crushed peas, so as not to cook it for hours.
Ingredients
- Peas (crushed) – 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance for a couple of hours.
Grate the carrots and celery root, chop the onion and stems.
Fry them for 10 minutes in olive oil in the frying mode right in the slow cooker.
Add sliced potatoes, smoked meats and peas. Fill it with water.
Turn on the soup preparation program for an hour.
