For solyanka:
- Beef tongue (boiled) – 300 g
- Beef (boiled) – 200 g
- Sausages - 200 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Meat broth - 2,5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the beef tongue and cut into small cubes.
Chop beef, sausages, cucumbers, carrots, onions and lemon.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Add beef, tomato paste, 200 ml of broth and allspice peas. Simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Pour the sausages, beef tongue, cucumbers and roast into the boiling broth, boil for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and turn off. Insist the finished hodgepodge under the lid for 15 minutes.
When serving, add parsley, olives and lemon slices.
