Ingredients
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Cream - 200 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the greens and pour boiling water so that it covers them.
Boil everything together for a few minutes and grind with a blender.
Add cream, spices and crushed garlic.
Boil the soup on low heat for another 7-10 minutes.
