What could be tastier than quail soup? And if you add dumplings to it, it will also be satisfying. It is very simple to prepare such soup for lunch. The main thing is to observe one important rule - not to digest quail. Tender meat will be enough for 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 5 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel potatoes and onions, chop. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Wash the quails, cover with cold water and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the quail to a plate and cool slightly. Separate the meat from the bones and slice.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Add potatoes, roast, chopped quail meat to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, egg, salt and ground black pepper.
Pour 120 ml of hot broth from the pan and knead the dough.
With a dessert spoon, type the dough and lower it into the boiling soup. Cook everything together for 7 minutes.
Add salt, finely chopped herbs and turn off after 2 minutes.
