Canned tuna seems to be created in order to combine it with fresh vegetables. They love these salads, but sometimes they want something denser and more thorough. And then I cook these sandwiches in a soft baguette with a crispy crust.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix olive oil with finely chopped herbs, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut the baguette into pieces according to the size of future sandwiches, and then cut it again lengthwise.
Sprinkle the crumb with garlic oil and herbs.
Cut the tomato into circles, onion rings, and mash the tuna a little.
Form a sandwich: half baguette, lettuce leaf, tomatoes, tuna, onion, lettuce leaf and again half baguette.
