- Cheese (halumi) – 600 g
- Beer (or kvass) – 40 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Corn flour - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs, mix with beer and add flour with spices. Knead the batter.
Cut haloumi cheese into strips.
Dip each strip into the batter and deep fry for literally 20-30 seconds.
