- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Ricotta - 200 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut and unfold the fillet with a book. Beat off the chicken to make thin layers and sprinkle with spices.
Chop the garlic and herbs, mix with the ricotta and put on the chicken.
Roll up tight rolls, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, depending on the thickness.
