The most delicate combination of shrimp and cream sauce will appeal to lovers of Italian cuisine. I share with you a proven recipe for how to cook an exquisite dish for a special occasion in a minimum of time.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 1 glass
- Fish broth - 350 ml
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 250 g
- Cream (20-33%) – 150 ml
- Onion - 1 pcs.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Wine (dry white) – 100 ml
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Greenery - for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry in preheated olive oil until golden brown.
Wash the rice and add it to the onion, fry a little more.
Pour in the wine, stir and simmer until the wine evaporates.
Then add fish broth to the rice in small portions, add salt, add pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat under a lid for 15-20 minutes.
Add the peeled shrimp to the rice, add the heavy cream. Mix well and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished risotto with shrimp with grated parmesan and garnish with herbs if desired.
