Have you tried cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin yet? Urgently correct the situation! To do this, you will need a pumpkin or a ready-made puree from it. I didn't have that, so I had to do everything in order. Details are further in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Orange peel - 1 tsp.
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small cubes and put it in a saucepan.
Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Chop the boiled pumpkin with an immersion blender or crush it with a pusher.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind in a blender.
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.
Mix pumpkin puree, eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla essence and zest.
Put the resulting mass in a greased form and send it to the oven for 35 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the layer, the cooking time may vary.
