Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into plates about 1 centimeter thick.

Beat off each piece with a hammer on both sides.

Season the beaten meat with salt and pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Beat the eggs lightly with salt and pepper. Pour the flour on a wide plate.

Roll the pork in flour, dip it in the egg mixture and put it in a preheated frying pan with oil.

Fry the chops over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side and place on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.

Peel the onion from the husk and chop, cut the tomatoes into thick rings across, and peel the garlic from the husk and cut into large pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.

Put the chops, tomato slices, garlic, pour in the hot broth and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.

Decorate the finished dish with basil leaves.
