Chicken roll with dried apricots or prunes is no longer a curiosity. This is a fairly common combination, especially in the festive menu. According to the same principle, I propose to cook an equally original version with cherries – fresh or frozen, but without seeds.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Cherry (without pits) – 150 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Paprika - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fillets lengthwise, fold in one layer and beat off. Rub with spices.
Randomly arrange the cherries and garlic plates, roll up a tight roll.
Rub the roll with butter and paprika, wrap it in foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
