- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Carrots - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop onions, carrots, garlic and herbs in a blender.
Finely chop the fillet or pass it through a meat grinder. Mix with vegetables.
Add egg, sour cream, spices and semolina. Knead the minced meat.
Form small cutlets and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
