Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 0.5 heads
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the pork, sprinkle with spices, chopped herbs and garlic.
Roll up a tight roll, tie it with twine and wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven at 160 degrees for 2-2.5 hours.
Unwrap the foil and brush the pork with olive oil with a silicone brush.
