Italian–style casserole - with zucchini, chicken and cherry, not only very tasty, but also beautiful. It can be safely served even to a festive table as a main dish. Especially in the hot season, when you don't want anything heavy.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Cherry tomatoes - 400 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Parmesan - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily, but not coarsely chop the chicken and zucchini. Put everything in a cherry mold.
Drizzle with oil, add spices and herbs, and mix.
Cover everything with grated parmesan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
