Of all types of cheese, I like to add salty suluguni to draniki the most. Firstly, its taste is perfectly combined with potatoes. Secondly, it melts well inside, but nothing flows out anywhere.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Suluguni - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, drain the excess liquid and add the egg with spices.
Grate the cheese there, add flour and mix everything together.
Spoon the draniki into a frying pan and fry until golden on medium heat.
