The peculiarity of this recipe is that chicken, potatoes and mushrooms come here in pieces. No mashed potatoes, no minced meat and no unnecessary difficulties. Further in the recipe I will tell you about everything in more detail. It will be very tasty!

Ingredients

Potatoes - 500 g
Chicken fillet - 1 piece
Mushrooms - 300 g
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Parmesan - 60 g
Rosemary - 1 twig
Olive oil - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the chicken into strips and fry until golden.

Slice and fry the mushrooms a little.

Cut potatoes into small cubes, mix with chicken and mushrooms, and put in a mold.

Sprinkle all the spices and drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce.

Put a sprig of rosemary on top and sprinkle with parmesan.

Put the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
