Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it thoroughly and cut it into thick plates. The optimal thickness is 1.5-2 centimeters.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt, brush with mustard and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Wash the eggs, dry them, break them into a bowl and lightly whisk with salt.
