Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 300 g
- Water - 1 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pearl barley several times and put it in pots.
Add spices and fill the cereal with water so that it covers it by 7-8 mm.
Cook porridge in the oven for an hour at 190 degrees.
