Spanish omelet with zucchini and potatoes in a slow cooker

Set aside the frying pans! Today we will cook an omelet in a slow cooker! I suggest trying an unusual recipe — without milk, cream and flour. Vegetables are pre-baked until ready and only after that the egg filling is added.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Zucchini - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - by taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the potatoes and zucchini.
Turn on the slow cooker in the "Baking" mode, pour in the oil and pour in the chopped vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, stir and close the lid for 20 minutes.
Season the eggs with salt, pepper and shake lightly with a fork.
Open the lid of the slow cooker, stir the vegetables and pour in the egg mixture. Close the lid again and cook for another 15 minutes.
