Curry is an amazing addition to chicken and rice in any form. Including in the form of rice casserole. If you want to make an even more exotic version, replace the cream with coconut milk and add a little chopped lemongrass.
Ingredients
- Fig - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Cream - 200 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender.
Finely chop the chicken, onion and pepper, and lightly fry together. Add chopped chili and garlic.
Whisk the eggs with cream and all the spices, mix the ingredients together and put them in a mold.
Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and send it to the oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
