Why buy sausage in the store if you can bake meat. This time I propose to cook turkey fillet. It can be served hot and cold, used in salads, sandwiches and many other dishes.

Wash the turkey fillet and dry it with paper towels.
Make shallow cuts on the top of the meat with a mesh.
Rub the meat with a mixture of salt, ground pepper and paprika. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate at room temperature for half an hour.
Mix olive oil, honey and mustard.
Generously lubricate the turkey with the resulting mixture and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Put the meat on a baking sheet covered with foil, cover with a double layer of foil on top and bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 30 minutes. The fillet should be covered with a beautiful golden crust.
After turning off, leave the turkey in the oven for 20 minutes.
Cut the fillet into small slices and sprinkle with fragrant thyme.
