Hearty, healthy and unusual breakfast – millet porridge with banana and nuts. A good variety instead of the usual oatmeal, which sometimes gets boring. Before serving, you can add a little more honey or grated chocolate.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the cereal and pour boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Put the millet in a saucepan, pour in water and cook for 10-15 minutes after boiling.
Add milk and continue to cook until desired consistency.
At the end, add the banana and butter mashed with a fork, and mix.
