- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- Curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the squash and squeeze out the juice. Mix it with minced meat.
Add the egg, spices and flour, and mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the mass with a spoon on a preheated frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat.
