I want to share with you one interesting secret, how to bake stuffed carp. To do this, in addition to the fish itself and the filling, you will need a sleeve. Clean the carp and cut off the head. Rub it with spices and herbs, sprinkle with a spoonful of oil.

Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Fry until golden brown on the remaining oil.

Stuff the carp with vegetables, put it in a sleeve and wrap it tightly so that there are a minimum of voids left.

Bake the carp in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
