Ingredients
- Carp (large) – 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the carp and cut off the head. Rub it with spices and herbs, sprinkle with a spoonful of oil.
Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Fry until golden brown on the remaining oil.
Stuff the carp with vegetables, put it in a sleeve and wrap it tightly so that there are a minimum of voids left.
