Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and drain the liquid.
Grate the onion there, add spices, egg and flour, and mix.
Cut the mushrooms into plates.
Put a plate of mushrooms on a hot frying pan, and a spoonful of potato mass on them.
Put another plate of mushrooms on top and fry the pancakes on both sides.
