- Peas - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable broth - 1.5 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas for a couple of hours in advance, rinse and boil in vegetable broth until soft.
Chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in oil until the liquid evaporates, and send them to the peas.
Boil the soup for another 10 minutes and grind with a blender. Add spices and crushed garlic.
