Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate potatoes with onions on a grater, drain the excess liquid and add egg, spices and flour.
Finely chop the ham and melted cheese.
Mix the potato mass and put it on a hot frying pan with a spoon.
Put some ham and melted cheese filling on top, and cover with another layer of potatoes.
Fry the pancakes on medium heat on both sides.
