Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Pumpkin (mashed potatoes) – 150 g
- Soy milk (any vegetable) – 150 ml
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Ground ginger - 1 pinch
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the finished pumpkin in puree or grate.
Mix with oatmeal, spices, chopped nuts and vegetable milk.
Spread the mass into jars and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
