I always keep frozen vegetables in the refrigerator. They help out a lot when you need to cook something quickly. Recently, for example, I cooked an omelet with vegetables. Fried a little, poured the egg mixture and in a couple of minutes the dish was ready.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Milk - 120 ml
- Frozen vegetables - 300 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs with milk, ground pepper and salt.
Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, pour oil and fry the frozen vegetables for 5-7 minutes. By the end, the liquid should evaporate completely.
Pour in the egg mixture, close the lid and turn on the Baking program for 20 minutes.
