The most useful and low–calorie curd casserole is a curd casserole on rice flour. It is suitable even for adherents of a gluten-free diet. The main thing is that it should not be too dry. And then the berry filling comes to the rescue.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Rice flour - 40 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar substitute - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1 pinch
- Blueberries - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with sour cream and eggs in a blender until smooth.
Add sugar substitute, rice flour and baking powder, and mix.
Put half of the mass into the mold, and blueberries on it. Put the remaining cottage cheese on top.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
