An original way to diversify the usual potato casserole with minced meat is to add a little green peas. And at the same time, I suggest making the dish brighter due to a few small carrots and turmeric in puree.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Carrots - 1-2 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Sour cream - 50 ml
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green peas - 100 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender.
Add butter, sour cream and grind them into a puree. Then add turmeric and grated cheese.
Chop the onion and fry with minced meat until tender. Add the peas and tomato, and simmer for another 5 minutes. At the end, season.
Put the minced meat in the mold, and puree on it. Cook the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
