If you haven't tried cooking corn porridge in the microwave yet, you've missed a lot. The main advantage is that it turns out incredibly fast, even faster than in a slow cooker. A real find for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Corn groats - 80 g
  • Water - 350-400 ml
  • Sugar (or spices) – 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse the corn grits and put them in a suitable container.

Fill with water and put everything in the microwave for 2.5 minutes at maximum power.

Add sugar or spices, stir and cook for another 2.5 minutes.
