I cook such chicken cutlets with vegetables from literally everything that was found at home. Therefore, the list of ingredients differs from case to case. For example, I want to share with you my favorite proven combination.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Corn - 40 g
- Bell pepper - 40 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces
- Semolina - 2-3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the chicken through a meat grinder, grate the carrots and chop the onion, pepper, garlic and chili.
Mix everything together, add corn and spices.
Add eggs and semolina to a convenient consistency of minced meat. Knead well and leave for 10 minutes.
Form cutlets and bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
