If you like spicy food, try this recipe. Fish soup is made from salmon with couscous, potatoes and hot pepper. The dish is very hearty, rich and fragrant. Add salt with caution, as it is very easy to over-salt the ear.

Wash the salmon under running water and cut into small pieces.

Chop the prepared potatoes, carrots, onions and hot peppers.

Put salmon, potatoes and carrots in a saucepan with cold water. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add couscous, hot pepper, onion and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for another 15 minutes.

Chop half of the parsley and pour it into a saucepan.

Add salt and turn off after 2 minutes. Infuse the ear under the lid for 10-15 minutes.

When serving, add some more fresh parsley to the plate.
