For this roll, you need quite a bit of liver so that it does not drown out the main taste of the chicken. In addition, it needs to be properly prepared, and further in the recipe I will tell you how to do it. You can also grease the roll with mustard or honey twenty minutes before the end of cooking.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Chicken liver - 150 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 60 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut and chop the fillets, fold in one flat layer and sprinkle with spices.
Fry the liver with onions until tender and pass through a meat grinder.
Add chopped greens and grated cheese to the liver.
Put the filling on the chicken, wrap the roll and bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
